The portrait process begins with a meeting and photography session. This can be done at our studio in New Hartford, Connecticut,
or your home. Chris will then provide black and white line drawing sketches with prices by mail, fax, or email, for the your approval.
A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required with your final approval of a sketch.
Chris works in classic oil portrait techniques, which require multiple layers of paints and glazes.
This takes time, as the work must be allowed to "set up" between layers.
She will provide periodic glimpses of the work in progress, though email or mail.
She can also provide Pen & Ink portraits, as she has done for the PGA and other corprate clients.
